The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has allocated $23.5 million to Richland County for flood recovery projects through its Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery Program (CDBG-DR). County officials want residents to learn more about the CDBG-DR grant and to give their input about what projects they’d like to see funded.
