Five Year Consolidated Plan

In order for Richland County to get federal funds (CDBG/HOME), the County must complete a five year consolidated plan. This plan requires the County to get input for citizens, particularly the population it effects, the low and moderate income population, to prepare a plan to identify and prioritize local needs in the areas of affordable housing, neighborhood development, economic development, public services, and public works.
