The Richland County Council, by agreement dated December 6, 1994, contracted with the Foundation for operation and management of the historic properties known as the Woodrow Wilson Home and the Hampton-Preston Mansion. During the existence of the agreement, the County Council will designate two representatives to serve on the Foundation Board of Trustees in compliance with Foundation bylaws. Terms are four years.
