Councilman Manning Attends Easement Signing

On February 5, 2013 Councilman Jim Manning participated in the Spring Valley Conservation Easement Dedication Ceremony. The easement includes 24 beautiful acres across Two Notch Road from Sesquicentennial State Park in District 8. Councilman Manning Attends Benjamin's State of the City Address

Councilman Jim Manning was part of the estimated crowd of 400+ people who attended The Honorable Steve Benjamin's State of the City Address in the Robert Coble Ballroom at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center on January 23, 2013. Councilman Manning Attends King Day at the Dome

On January 21, 2013, Councilman Jim Manning attended the annual King Day at the Dome event at the steps of the South Carolina Capital Building located in Richland County's County Seat. Councilman Manning Attends Local Mental Health Forum

Councilman Jim Manning attended the Mental Health Issues Community Forum at Columbia Area Mental Health Center on January 17, 2013. The keynote speakers included SC Dept. of Mental Health State Director John Magill and Richland County Probate Judge Amy McCulloch. Councilman Manning Attends Warden Ordination

Councilman Manning Returns To Serve A Second Term

Jim Manning returns to Richland County Council to serve a second term. On January 8th, wife Dr. Sandra C. Manning bearing the bible and sister Carol L. Manning performing the ceremony, Councilman Manning was sworn-in to represent Richland County District 8 for the next four years. Councilman Manning says that during his tenure on Council he plans to continue to raise the standard of living and quality of life for all citizens in Richland County.
