The easement includes 24 beautiful acres across Two Notch Road from Sesquicentennial State Park in District 8. Councilman Jim Manning attended the Mental Health Issues Community Forum at Columbia Area Mental Health Center on January 17, 2013. Councilman Manning Attends Warden Ordination

Councilman Manning Returns To Serve A Second Term
Jim Manning returns to Richland County Council to serve a second term. On January 8th, wife Dr. Sandra C. Manning bearing the bible and sister Carol L. Manning performing the ceremony, Councilman Manning was sworn-in to represent Richland County District 8 for the next four years. Councilman Manning says that during his tenure on Council he plans to continue to raise the standard of living and quality of life for all citizens in Richland County.
