A Roster Meeting will be held each Monday at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 2C. Attendance is mandatory. The failure to appear, send a representative from your law firm, or another lawyer to speak on your behalf, may result in dismissal of the action. Attorneys are to notify all parties who are in default or who are proceeding Pro Se about this roster and of all hearings.
Effective, October 10, 2002, all request for continuances must be made in writing to the Chief Administrative Judge with a $25.00 fee attached or the request will not be considered.

Notice
Attorneys and Pro Se Litigants are hereby on notice that upon failure to attend roster meetings, as stated above, without prior court approval, the presiding or Chief Judge will either dismiss the complaint for failure to prosecute or strike the answer and place the defendant in default.
Jury qualification will begin at 9:30 a.m. (or as soon as possible thereafter) in Courtroom 2-B. Jury lists will be available for purchase in Courtroom 2C during roster meetings or in the Clerk's office the week before.
A new roster will be published each Thursday and will be made available in the Clerk's Office. All cases are subject to be called for trial. No courtesy calls will be made to attorneys regarding the roster.
If you have a Motion pending in a case appearing on this roster, please contact Judge Casey Manning or Paul Gunter at (803) 576-1932 to get the Motion scheduled. Do not wait until the week of trial to have the Motion heard
Questions concerning status of a roster for the week should be directed to Kristi Kohl at (803) 576-1943. All requests for a continuance shall be directed to Judge Manning in writing prior to the beginning of the term.
