Representing District 5, Ms. Smith has been on County Council since
January 1991. She currently is a Senior Counselor with CarolinaPR, a regional marketing and relations firm, an adjunct
professor at USC and is active in the community. Her main goals while on Council
is to improve land use planning in the County and improve neighborhood quality
of life. |
