Richland County University is dedicated to offering training, education, and career development to all County employees. The new millennium presents County employees with many challenges and opportunities, not only to increase our knowledge and productivity, but also to provide more skilled services to the citizens of Richland County. Our catalog contains a description of services provided including: training classes, facilitation, mediation, as well as, information about our Resource Center.

With over 30 different classes available, employees have an opportunity to enhance their careers and improve their abilities. The classes are taught by professionals who are proficient in their fields. For those employees interested in management training, a leadership development program is available to prepare you for supervision and leadership roles.
