Richland County provides an employee health, wellness, nutrition, and education program called Rich Health. Our program's emphasis is on the prevention, early detection, and management of disease and the positive benefits of nutrition and fitness. Rich Health's intent is to create a more health-conscious work force, higher morale, lower absenteeism, and increased productivity on the job while saving of health care costs. Rich Health is coordinated through Human Resources.
