Land Development Fee Schedule
Major Subdivisions:
- Initial (Sketch Plan) submittal - $500
- Preliminary Plans submittal - $400 plus $16 per lot for the first 80 lots and $8 per lot for 81 lots and above, plus $350 road maintenance fee (separate check)
Minor Subdivisions:
- $400 (for the first 10 lots) plus $10 per lot for 11-50 lots, plus $350 road maintenance fee (separate check)
- Digital fee of an additional $50 per lot (for up to 5 lots only) if digital file is not submitted
Administrative Subdivisions:
- Plat review - $50
- Lot split - $100 plus digital fee of $50 per lot if digital file is not submitted
Commercial/Industrial Site Plans:
- $200 plus $.20/sq ft for the first 15,000 sq ft plus $.15/sq ft for 15,001 to 60,000 sq ft plus $.10/sq ft for 60,000 sq ft and above, plus $350 road maintenance fee (separate check)
Multi-family Site Plans:
- $500 plus $10 per unit, plus $350 road maintenance fee (separate check)
Communication Towers:
- $200 plus 1% of actual construction cost
