All Refuse material MUST be disposed of at an approved Disposal Site.

Richland County Ordinance Section 12-21: Unlawful disposal generally

(a) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to dump or cause to be dumped any garbage, trash, litter, junk, appliances, equipment, can, bottles, paper, construction and demolition debris, bricks, blocks, concrete, asphalt, lumber, trees, tree limbs, tree stumps brush or parts thereof, or brush stumps anywhere in the unincorporated area of the county except at approved solid waste management facilities that have been approved by the County Council or as otherwise provided for under Article 111 of this chapter.
